Mr. Carr was born January 2, 1931 in Greenup, KY. A son of the late Charles and Cosbia Holbrook Carr
He was a teamster and a Kentucky Colonel

Funeral services will be 1:00 PM Tuesday, December 23, 2014 at Reed Funeral Home in Greenup by Rev. David Morrison. Burial will be at Quillen Cemetery in Greenup, KY.
Visitation will be from 6:00 to 9:00 Monday and 1 hour before the service on Tuesday.
