Fannin, 52, of Flatwoods, Kentucky passed away on Monday February 9, 2015 at his residence. Mr. Fannin was born January 28, 1963 in Russell, Kentucky a son of Mary Maxine Caldwell Fannin of Flatwoods and the late Carl Fannin. In addition to his father he is preceded in death by one brother Timothy E. Fannin. In addition to his mother he is survived by 2 sons Terry Dale Fannin Jr. of Ironton, OH Johnny Ray Turvey of Ironton, OH 1 daughter Carley Maxine Fannin of Ashland, KY 1 brother James E. Fannin of Flatwoods, KY 5 sisters Sally (Gregory) Chapman of South Point, OH Rebecca Rowe of Ashland, KY Gale (Jerry) Miller of Westwood, KY Carla Riley of Ironton, OH Mary Frye of Flatwoods, KY Visitation will be from 2:00-4:00 pm on Saturday February 14, 2015 at Reed Funeral Home in Greenup, Kentucky. In lieu of flowers contributions can be made toward the final expenses. Condolences may be made at reedfuneralhome.us
