Mary June, I am so sorry. I picked up the paper last night and briefly glanced through and saw your Mom's obituary there. I was always afraid I would miss it and not know when I lost one of my traveling friends from Gallipolis. Now that I know, I find it saddens me very much that I can't even see you guys. I tried to find your phone number and didn't see it to call you and tell you how very sorry I am. We are short two people in the office today and I can't leave but I would love to see you. When I think of your mother, I think of all the trips we took together and how supportive she was of me. She will always be remembered by me as the little woman with the powerful voice. I loved and respected her and will always think of her when I travel. Please call me sometime. I miss seeing Richard when he used to come into the travel agency. He always kept me up on everything going on with you all. Sometimes I miss AAA but had I stayed there I would have had to either knock Lois out or had a heart attack one. Too much stress! You know me---help the peon. I just want you know I'm thinking of you. I love you and I'll always love your Mom. P.S. I am going to ask my boss if I can come down for the funeral. I don't think there's any way he's going to say sure you can go but I'm going to ask anyway. Take care and stay in touch.

This is for Shelby Standard. My brother, Richard, called me about your sister. I want you to know you're in my prayers.
