Ola E. Roach, age 91, of Gallipolis, died Thursday evening at her residence. Born May 10, 1912 in Cabell County, West Virginia, she was the daughter of the late Charles Allen and Layuna Nelson Miller. In addition to her parents she was preceded by her husband, Chancey Hollis Roach, ther Brother; Hughie, Dewie, and Louie Miller; three Sister; Lora May Miller, Monie Mable Miller, and Dorothy Miller, and by three Grandchildren.
She retired after 28 years from Evan's Packing House in Gallipolis, and was a homemaker. She attended the First Church of the Nazarene.
She is survived by: 2 Sons: Richard C. (Clarabell) Roach of Gallipolis, and Bobby C. Roach of Gallipolis; Nie Grandchildren; 22 Great Grandchildren; and 10 Great Great Grandchildren; Son in law: David Nolan Jr. of Rio Grande; and several Nieces and Nephews.
Funeral services will be 2:00 P.M. Sunday July 13, 2003 at the Waugh-Halley-Wood funeral home with Pastors Robert Fulton and Eugene Harmon officiatin. Burial will follow in Ohio Valley Memory Gardens. Friends may call at the funeral home on Saturday from 6-9 P.M.
