Edna M. Call, age 80, of West Milton, formerly of Gallia County, died Sunday September 7, 2003 at Good Samaritan Hospital in Dayton. Born September 28, 1922 in West Virginia, she was the daughter of the late Ross and Grace Cox Taylor. In addition to her parents she was preceded by her husband Raymond Call, by 2 daughters, Louise Ballard, and Phyllis Holley; by a brother Harry Taylor; and by 3 sisters, Edith McGuire, Rosie Roach, and Jean Sheets.
She was a homemaker and a member of the Sunshine Grandmothers Club.
She is survived by: 2 Sons: Carl (Joyce) Call of Crown City and Carl Edward (Anita) Call of West Milton; 1 Daugher: Betty (Michael) Gabbard of West Milton; 21 Grandchildren; 48 Great Grandchildren; 8 Great Great Grandchildren; and by 1 Brother Orville (Violet) Taylor of Sarasota, FL
Funeral services will be 1:00 P.M. Saturday September 13, 2003 at the Waugh-Halley-Wood funeral home with Pastor Jim Lusher officiating. Burial will follow in Old Mercerville Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home on Saturday from 11:00 A.M. until time of service.
