Ruby Glenne Grahma, age 93, of Gallipolis, formerly of South Charleston, WV died Wednesday evening December 10, 2003 at her daughter's home. Born August 17, 1910 in Mercer County, WV. She was the daughter of the late Blackburn Bailey Sr. and the late Fanny Faulkner Bailey. In addition to her parents she was preceded by her husband John Joseph Graham who she married March 31, 1939 in Huntigton and who preceded her on December 19, 1978. Also preceding her are 3 brothers: John B. Bailey, BB Bailey Jr., and Wilford Bailer; 4 Sisters: Pauline Moore, Marie Combs, Cordie Kelley, and Latha Sutphin.
She and her husband owned and operated Graham's Grocery in South Charleston for 29 years. She was a 45 year member of the Bethel Baptist Church in Springhill, WV and presently a member of Countryside Baptist Church on Skidmore Rd. in Gallipolis.
She is survived by 1 Daughter: Patty (Kenneth W.) Fellure of Rodney; 2 Grandchildren: K.W. (Jodi) Fellure of Gallipolis and Beth Ann Fellure of Gallipolis; 1 Brother: Jack (Sand) Bailey of Wayne, MI; and 1 Sister In Law: Avonelley Bailey of South Charleston.
Funeral services will be 2:00 P.M. Sunday December 14, 2003 at the Waugh-Halley-Wood funeral home 810 Second Avenue Gallipolis, Ohio with Pastors Chuck Stansberry and Pat Miller officiating. Burial will follow at 4:00 P.M. in Cunningham Memorial Park in St. Albans, WV. Friends may call at the funeral home on Saturday for 5-7 P.M.
