We would like to express our deepest sympathy toward Jimmie's Family and friends. This is a true loss to our family, but I think we can rest more easily knowing he is with GOD. He is in a better place and even though it hurts to have lost him physically, his spirit is left in our hearts.
Sincerely,
Edward and Kimberly Howard II

I just found out about Jims' death-(I get the Gallipolis Tribune delivered to my home here in Columbus)-how it saddened me..I still see him smiling and hear his laughter--it was so robust--!! He will be missed--
I want to say how sorry I am to Althea Howard his sister-He was special, Althea. To Yolanda Howard (his sister in law)-Peggy Combs and Bob Armstrong..

Bob Armstrong--a friendly face on a pole up in the air--saying Hi to me-
I don't know if you ever knew but I worked with Jims' wife Pat (Hogan) at a Hospital in Columbus--long before I was married (around 1964-65) -she was a sweet person and I was so sad when she died-- much too young--sad for Pat and Jim--
Shane, I know you have never met
me--but I know that you were very special to your mom and to Jim--He talked about you with me--with such pride --I am glad you were in his life...God Bless You all in your sadden time--Alice
