Randall Keith "Randy" Baldwin, age 55, of Johnstown, OH. died Monday evening December 16, 2002 at Mt. Carmel East Hospital in Columbus. Born January 11, 1947 in West Hamlin, WV. He was the son of Leola Virginia Baldwin Miller of Canal Winchester.
Randy was an Electrician with the Jess Howard Company for over 30 years and was the electrician responsible for Scioto Downs for the last 20 years. A United States Army Veteran, he served in Vietnam and was awarded the Purple Heart.
In addition to his mother he is survived by his wife of 34 years Connie Woodyard Baldwin, 2 Sons: James (Rhonda) Baldwin of Pataskala, Jesse (Becky) Baldwin of Johnstown, 2 Sisters: Sue Langbein of Groveport, Ladonna Morgan of Newark, 2 Brothers: James Pack of Obetz, Michael Dunkin of Tennessee, Father and Mother In Law: Orville and Betty Tobias of Crown City, and 2 Special Friends: Don Wallace and Bill Mooney both of Johstown. And many other loving family members and friends.
Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Saturday December 21, 2002 at the Waugh-Halley-Wood funeral home with Pastor Ed Sharp officiating. Burial will follow in Victory Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home on Friday from 6-9 PM. Full Military Honors will be presented at the cemetery by the Gallia County Veterans Organizations.
