Cindy Lou Barnes, age 33, of Bidwell, died Thursday morning December 19, 2002. Born June 27, 1969 in Michigan, she was the daughter of Danny L. and Donna F. Smith Pelfrey of Vinton. In additon to her parents she is survived by her husband Donald Eugene Barnes, Son: Derek W. Oxyer of Rio Grande, Step Sons: Donnie W. Barnes and Zachary R. Barnes both of North Carolina, Grandmother: Mary Pelfrey of Vinton, Brothers and Sisters: Ginger Pelfrey of Capon Springs, WV, Brett Pelfrey of Gallipolis, Nicholas Pelfrey of Bidwell, Matthew Pelfrey of Porter, Nicoma Madden of Wheelersburg, and Celia Pelfrey of Vinton.
Cindy was a homemaker and was baptized as a Jehovah Witness.
Services will be 6:00 PM Saturday December 21, 2002 at the Waugh-Halley-Wood funeral home with Joel Davis officiating. Friends may call at the funeral home on Saturday from 5-6 PM.
