Beverly Ann Perkins, age 66, of Gallipolis, died Saturday morning September 25, 2004 at her residence. Born February 16, 1938, she was the daughter of the late Paul and Jean Robinson. In addition to her parents she was preceded by a brother, Russell.
She is survived by her Husband: Robert W. Perkins; 4 Children: Jennifer Seymour, Robert, Steven, and Daniel Perkins; 8 Grandchildren; 4 Brothers: Jeffrey, Gregory, Dwight, and Dr. Dane Robinson.
There will be no visitation. Arrangements for a memorial service will be announced at a later date. In lieu of flowers contributions can be made to Holzer Hospice, 100 Jackson Pike Gallipolis, Ohio 45631. Waugh-Halley-Wood Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
