Merrill Ray Rossiter, age 68, of Crown City, died Sunday November 7, 2004 at Holzer Medical Center. Born on July 5, 1936 to the late Ova Ray and Nancy Marie Caldwell Rossiter. In addition to his parents he was preceded by two brothers; Carl and Wendall Rossiter. He was a Dozer Operator working in the Coal Mine Industry.

2 Sons--Derrill Rossiter and Tony Rossiter both of Lecta, OH
5 Grandchildren--Hattie and Kenessa Rossiter, Brandy Johnson, Kyle Knepper, and Cody Walters.
2 Great-Grandchildren--Shania Duty and Hannah Williams
1 Sister--Wanda Lou (Jim) Mohler of Middleport, OH
3 Brothers--Bernard L. (Shelba) Rossiter of Gallipolis; Gary Dean (Barb) Rossiter of Bidewll; and Roger Dale Rossiter of Gallipolis.

Graveside Service will be conducted at 2:00 P.M. Wednesday November 10, 2004 at Lawrence Chapel Cemetery with Pastor Larry Hall officiating. Arrangements will be conducted by Waugh-Halley-Wood Funeral Home.
