Jerry D. Evans, age 49, died Thursday March 24, 2005 while residing in Chillicothe at the home of Annie Whitley. Jerry spent most of his adult life in and around the Columbus area. The extended family wishes to thank Annie Whitley for her loving and tender care through these trying times.
Jerry was born July 1, 1955 and was the son of Yuonne Nibert of Savannah, GA and Daniel E. Evans of Canal Winchester. In addition to his parents he is survived by his twin brother Larry G. (Anita) Evans of Logan, and their son Daniel. A Sister Jane Ann (John) Kantner of Canal Winchester and their children Brendan and Bailey, a Grandmother: Pearl Elliot Burchett of Gallipolis, 3 Children: Tara, Christian, and Jake and by one Granddaughter.
A service will be held at 1:30 P.M. Monday March 28, 2005 at the Chapel of Hope at Ohio Valley Memory Gardens, with Rev. Paul Voss officiating. There will be no vistitation. The family requests no flowers to be sent.
