Alyce N. Hoffman, age 85, of Gallipolis, passed away on Friday April 14, 2006 at Holzer Medical Center. Born January 24, 1921 in Mason County, WV. She was the youngest daughter of the late Andrew F. and Lula Lanthorn Henry. In addition to her parents, she was preceded by her husband William H. Hoffman Jr. in 1980. Also preceding her are 2 brothers, Marion A. and Lewis E. Henry, 2 sisters, Lucille M. Pearson, and Mai L. Moodespaugh and by a great grandson Ryan Conner Murphy.
She became a Christian in her younger years, and was a member of The First Baptist Church.
She was a homemaker and mother of 6 children, who survive her,

Funeral services will be 2:00 PM. Tuesday April 18, 2006 at the First Baptist Church with Pastor Alvis Pollard officiating. Burial will follow in Mound Hill Cemetery. Friends may call at the Church on Tuesday from noon until the time of service.
