Mary Ellen Phillips, age 67, of Crown City, died Sunday morning October 15, 2006 at her residence. Born October 5, 1939 in Gallia County, she was the daughter of the late Russell and Mary Johnson Warren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded by 2 sisters, Thelma and Judy and by an infant brother, Vinton.
Mary was a homemaker.

Funeral services will be 1:00 PM. Tuesday October 17, 2006 at the Waugh-Halley-Wood Funeral Home with Rev. Walter Wood officiating. Burial will follow in Crown City Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home on Monday (today) from 5-9 PM.
