Lula Jane Wilburn Underwood, age 82, of Grayson, KY, died Monday, August 11th, 2003, at her residence.
She was born September 20th, 1920, at Carter County, KY, a daughter of the late John and Allie Butler Wilburn.
She was a homemaker and a member of the Lower Grassy Church of Christ.
Preceding her in death was her husband, John E. Underwood in 1986, a son, Finley Earl Underwood, a brother, Finley Wilburn and 2 grandsons, Tommie Edward Tabor and Robert Mitchell Underwood.

Funeral services will be conducted Thursday at 1:00pm at the Malone Funeral Home, with Larry Barrell, minister.
Burial will be in the Grassy Cemetery. Friends may call Wednesday evening from 6-9pm at the funeral home and Thursday after 12:00 noon until service time.
