The relay was just a couple of days ago, and boy did it seem weird not having a team member and familly there to share the great time with us. But I want you to know that she was never forgot. Linda is always in our hearts, and was truly a fighter. Linda was always a great person to be around, and always had a smile on her face even when she was down. She loved goin to the Relay and camping with us there. It didnt seem right, us being there and Linda and family's camper wasnt beside us. But boy was you popular Linda. You had alot of luminara's around the track. Due to everyone's love for you. We will reunite one day. But until we do...we miss you!

Linda had become such a great friend. I only knew her about a year and a half, but it just seemed longer. We had a lot in common, our church, our kids in basketball and our struggle with cancer. She was always an inspiration to me and I will carry those memories with me always. Monday nights seemed to always be our night to visit, and I will always remember our visits and our talks about everything, mostly our kids. I already miss our talks but I know I will get to see her again someday and we'll have a lot to catch up on. My thoughts and prayers are with each of you daily. Gloria

I moved away from Grayson over 30 years ago. I was shocked to learn of Linda's death. We were best friends when we were 13-14...we went to church together and sang together at Barretts Creek Baptist Church, with her mother and grandparents. When they moved back from Mansfield we remained friends and drove to Carter Caves Park to work together when we graduated high school. She and her first husband were the witnesses at my wedding to Carl Webster, my husband of 34 years...we lost touch over the years, but I will never forget her. My prayers are with the family.

Hey guys first off your mom was the best. She was always a great person and I loved her to death. I am sorry that she passed away but now we know that she isnt suffering anymore. She is with her lord and being happy. She really loved her friends and family. She was always there for my mom Kathy Bush. I loved going to the Relay For Life to see Linda there and her family. She was a great person and always made us laugh. She really livened up the Relay for Life. I am so glad that I got to meet her and she was a part of my life. Linda you are sadly missed but at least I know right now you are not suffering anymore. That you are looking down at all of us and really smiling at how great of a family you had. God will help you get through this in hard times and all of your friends prayers! You guys surely are in my prayers. Thanks for allowing Linda to be a big inspiration in my moms life with her battle of cancer and for her being such a great friend! Linda truly was a fighter!

This is to Robin. I worked with your Mom for many years up at the courthouse. She was such a joy and inspiration to all who knew her. She will be sadly missed by those of us down here, but she has work to do above.

I am so sorry to hear of Linda leaving this world so soon. We worked at Carter Caves back in 1968 and we were room mates for one semester at MSU. She was a big help to me when I need someone because I was so backward. She was a very special person. I did not know she was sick, but I know she is in heaven now, where there is no sickness-no pain. My prayers are with all her family, I am sure she was very proud of all you. God Bless You
