Dorothy Binion Adkins, age 73, of Grayson, KY, went to be with the Lord, Tuesday evening, January 13th, 2004, at her residence.

She was born February 1st, 1930, at Carter County, KY, a daughter of the late Robert and Gladys Tackett Binion.

She was formerly employed with Corbin, was a farmer and a member of the Hopewell Holiness Church.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Ray Adkins in 1990; 1 grandson, Jason Adkins; 2 sisters, Elizabeth Dorn and Ginny Galindo and a step-granddaughter, Robin Lawson.

Her survivors include:

Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, January 17th, 2004 at 2:00pm at the Malone Funeral Home with Lewis Baier and Jim McCoy, ministers. Burial will be in the Everman Cemetery. Friends may call Friday evening from 6-9pm at the funeral home.

we wanted to tell you how sweet a person dorothy was and you can find comfort in knowing she is in the care of a wonderful God and she is walking and talking with the heavenly angels now .cry for the loss but rejoice with her as she enters her glorious new home Gods blessing to each of the loved ones dick and bertie hay
