Duiell “Dewey” Blevins, age 52, of Grayson, KY, passed away on Thursday, March 11th, 2004, at his residence, following a sudden illness.

He was born September 1st, 1951, at Birchfield, Ky, a son of the late James Henry and Nola Larve Isaac Blevins.

He was also preceded him in death by a sister, Nancy Lou Blevins.

Funeral services will be conducted Monday, March 15th, 2004 at 11:00am at the Malone Funeral Home with Larry McDavid and Wes Walker, ministers. Burial will be in the East Carter County Memory Gardens. Friends may call Sunday evening from 6-9pm at the funeral home.
