Michael Gene Williams, age 58, of Ft. Walton Beach, FL, formerly of Ashland, died Sunday in Fort Walton Medical Center.
He was born October 12th, 1945, at Ashland, KY, a son of the late Virgil and Eva Edmund Williams.
He was a salesman for Lance Foods and was of the Baptist Faith.
Preceding him in death was a brother, Harrison Virgil Williams and a sister, Judy Maddix.

Funeral services will be conducted Thursday, March 25th, 2004, at 2:00pm
at the Malone Funeral Home. Burial will be in the Carver Family Cemetery on Davys Run in Grayson. Friends may call after 1:00pm Thursday at the funeral home.
