Carl Cooper, 73 of Cincinnati OH formally of Webbville died Friday in Anderson Mercy Hospital following a sudden illness. He was born September 5, 1930 in Webbville a son of the late Ray and Opal Hunnicutt Cooper. He was retired from Otis Elevator of CA, attended the Cherokee Freewill Baptist Church, and an Army Korean Veteran. Three brothers, Lloyd, J.L., and Clyde Cooper preceded him in death. His survivors include:
