Royce Porter, age 72, of Hitchins, KY went to be with the Lord, on Tuesday, April 27th, 2004 at Our Lady of Bellefonte Hospital.
Mr. Porter was born October 15, 1931, at Webbville, KY, a son of the late John Willie and Faye Frazier Porter.
He was retired from Ky. Electric Steel, was a Mason helper, attended the Mayhew Flats Community Church and was a member of the Labor Local #1445 of Catlettsburg, KY.
In addition to his parents, a sister, Myrtle Johnson and a brother, Ernest Ward Porter, preceded him in death.

Funeral services will be conducted Friday, April 30th, 2004 at 11:00am at the Malone Funeral Home with Eddie Rice, officiating. Burial will be in the Porter Family Cemetery in Webbville. Friends may call Thursday evening, April 29th from 6-9pm and Friday morning after 9:00am until service time at the funeral home.
