Orville E. (Johnny) Blevins, age 70, of Grayson, KY, passed away Monday evening, June 28th, 2004, at home

He was born June 18th, 1934, at Carter County, KY, a son of the late Elgan Wenton and Ethel Lucy Kibbey Blevins.

He was an Electrician, a U.S. Navy veteran, a member of the El Hasa Shrine and the Trimble Lodge #145 and was retired from Armco.

His survivors include:

Funeral services will be conducted Thursday, July 1st, 2004 at 11:00am at the Malone Funeral Home. Burial will be in the Blevins Family Cemetery. Friends may call Wednesday evening, June 30th, from 6-9pm and Thursday morning after 10:00am until service time at the funeral home.
