Helen F. Williams Phillips, age 77, of Nashville TN, formally of Grayson, KY,passed away on Friday, January 28th, 2004, in Nashville. She was born November 22, 1927 in Hitchins a daughter of the late Ernest C. and Gladys Fields Williams. She was a graduate of University of Kentucky and of the Presbyterian Faith. Her husband George N. Phillips preceded her in death. Her survivors include:

Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday 2:00 p.m. at the Malone Funeral Home by the minister Dr. Paul Casner. Burial will be in the Grayson Memorial Burial Park.
