Larry S. Prichard Sr., 74, of Grayson went to be with the Lord on Saturday following an extended illness. He was born October 25, 1930 in Olive Hill KY a son of Dempsey Stephens Prichard of Grayson and the late James Homer Prichard. He was a retired boilermaker with Local #105, former owner of Joyce Coal Company, Prichard Mining, and Moore Branch Coal. He was also of the Christian faith. He is survived by his wife Eva Marie Flaugher Prichard. His other survivors include:

Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday 11:00 a.m. at the Malone Funeral Home by the minister Mike Blankenship. Burial will be in the East Carter Co. Memory Gardens.
