Carolyn  BaugessCarolyn Baugess, age 57, of Grayson, KY went to be with the Lord, Sunday, February 13th, 2005 at the Hospice Care Center in Ashland, KY, following an extended illness.

She was born October 24th, 1947 in Carter County, KY, a daughter of Pearl Adkins of Grayson and the late Leonard Adkins.

She attended the New Hope Church of Prophecy for many years.

Carolyn lived her life to be a light unto others so they too could find their way to heaven to be with her precious Lord.

In addition to her mother, she is survived by:

Clifford Adkins of Ashland, KY

Louise Mullins of Hitchins, KY

Agnes Roberts of South Shore, KY

Gladys Ross of Centralia, IL

Three grandchildren:

Joey Sammons

Numerous nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday at 11:00am at the New Hope Church of Prophecy with Rob Tranthem and Derek Griffith officiating. Burial will be in the East Carter County Memory Gardens. Friends may call Tuesday from 6-9pm at the Malone Funeral Home and Wednesday after 10:00am until service time at the church.

In lieu of flowers contributions can be made to Community Hospice 1538 Central Avenue, Ashland, KY 41101.
