Many of my favorite childhood memories were with Aunt Belle and John Gaines on their farm. What a kind and gentle man he was! Robin

To the family...you are in our thoughts and our prayers. There are really no words to express the grief that you are all feeling due to the loss of John. But comfort comes with the knowledge that he is with God and no longer feels the pain of this earth but only the joys of heaven. John was such a light to all who met him, he was a joy to know and be around. You will all continue to be in our thoughts and prayers, just know that God loves you all and will continuelly bless you.
