Wilma, I am saddened to here of Red's death. I know that my Dad thought highly of him, and I know that my brother Morris would never have made it through those summers in the late 1950s taking care of Bill and me if we had not had the Mobley's Service Station to entertain us! Know that you are in my prayers at this time. Jack

Mrs. Mobley, I am thinking of you during your time of sorrow. I have good memories of hanging out at the Gulf station and of you being my teacher at Hitchins High School. Sincerely, Lionel Kozee

Mamaw Wilma, Kristen was so touched to be proudly named as a granddaughter whom he loved. Gary was not only surprised but so honored to be asked by you to be a Pallbarrer. Seeing Red in peace gave me peace. Poor Kristen cried all the way home tonight after the visitation. She as we all did, loved him so much. He was the father Gary always wanted as well as you the mother he never got to have. we have so many wonderful memories all made possible by the two of you.God is so awesome in how he works...joining us all together as a family. We have just been so blessed to have gotten to share our lives together...what a gift from God! Red is now at peace and enjoying Paradise waiting for the rest of us. we have more memories to make in the days ahead. He will always be with us in spirit but in the meantime, I am sure he is up there fishing with Dad. Blesssings, Jeannie Susan "our love knows no boundaries...it is unconditional...a gift God gave us, now and for always."
