Bertha Davis Carter 83, of Grayson went to be with the Lord Saturday in Carter Nursing & Rehab. She was born October 17, 1921 in Lewis Co. a daughter of the late Levi and Lula Rice Davis. She was a member of the Cannonsburg Church of Christ. She was preceded in death by her husband Berton Carter and a daughter Linda Bush. She was also preceded in death by one brother and five sisters. Her survivors include:
