Edna Banks, age 94, of Germantown, OH, formerly of Grayson, KY, passed away Thursday, June 2nd, 2005, at Friendly Nursing Home in Germantown.
She was born June 7th, 1910 at Grayson, a daughter of the late Charley and Esie Wilson Grizzell.
She was a homemaker and was of the Baptist Faith.
Preceding her in death was her husband, Stanley Banks; a sister, Mattie Harris and a brother, Hughie Grizzell.

Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday, June 7th, 2005 at 11:00am at the Malone Funeral Home with Terry Harris, minister. Burial will be in the East Carter County Memory Gardens. Visitation will be held Tuesday after 10:00am until service time at the funeral home.
