Elaina was born March 28, 1969 in Ashland a daughter of David Scott Miller of Somerset OH and Karen McDaniel DeLong of Greenup. In addition to her parents she is survived by: Husband: Charles Juarez 2 Sons: Tony Souvanlasy Chucky Juarez both of Grayson KY 3 Daughters: Shayla Ferguson Columbus OH Carrie Sue Souvanlasy Elaina “Charlie” Nichole DeLong both of Greenup KY 3 Brothers: David Keith Miller Greenup Jeffery Darrell Miller Savannah GA Roger Miller Lawrence Co.,KY 1 Sister: Cheryl Harris Greenup KY Funeral services will be conducted Thursday 2:00 p.m. at the Malone Funeral Home by the minister Grant Sammons. Burial will be in the Carver Family Cemetery. Friends may call from 11 a.m. until time of service on Thursday. Condolences may be sent to the family at www.timeformemory.com/malone.
