Juanita Shepherd Click for Condolences      Printable Version 1931 - 2005 Juanita Hall Shepherd, age 74, of Grayson, KY passed away on Sunday, December 11th, 2005, at her home. Mrs. Shepherd was born October 20th, 1931, at Carter County, KY, a daughter of the late Jess and Viola Nolan Fryer. Preceding her in death was her late husband, George Hall. Her survivors include: Her husband: Bill Shepherd of Grayson 2 sons: Richard (and Debbie) Hall Tim (and Debi) Hall 2 daughters: Freida (and Roy) Moore Bobbi (and Larry) James 1 brother: Jimmy Fryer 1 sister: Zella Salyers 7 grandchildren: Tammy Jones, Missie Lowe, Karissa Hall, Amanda Hall, Annette Phillips, Doug Gollihue and Shannon Hall 6 great-grandchildren: Logan Brammer, Dakota Jones, Tyler Jones, Austin Allen, Summer and Landon Phillips Funeral services will be conducted Thursday, December 15th, 2005 at 2:00pm at the Malone Funeral Home, with Tim Hall, minister. Burial will be in the East Carter County Memory Gardens. Visitation will be held Wednesday evening, December 14th from 6-9pm at the funeral home. Aunt Edie has a very special place in my heart. She is the sister of my grandfather, Jesse Fryer. I have many wonderful memories on "Fryer Mountain" as I called it. Family is never forgotten and laughter was something that she brought to our family. She will be deeply missed.

To me she was Aunt Edie. I spent a lot of time with her and Uncle George when I was a child. I have many wonderful memories of those times. She will be missed but the memories will last forever. Aunt Edie was always a lot of fun and she and my mother, Lillie Hall, were special sisters that taught us all what family really is meant to be. God bless you

For 28 years I was forunate to know one of the most wonderful women that could have walked this earth. My mamaw was a caring and loving person. She will be greatly missed by everyone that knew her. I Love You and will miss you!!! Love alway's, Shannon
