Ethel K. Knipp, 72, of Grayson died Tuesday at her residence following a long illness. She was born February 13, 1930 at Beetle KY a daughter of Bertha Carroll Blevins of Wells Branch and the late William Curt Blevins. She was a member of the Christ Church of Hitchins. Her first husband Willard Knipp, a granddaughter Jerri Jordan-Harris, two brothers Oral Ray Blevins and Wayne Blevins and a sister Linda Sloas preceded her. Her survivors including her mother are:

Funeral services will be conducted Thursday 1:00 p.m. at the Malone Funeral Home by the ministers Russell Griffith and Darrell Campbell. Burial will be in the East Carter Co. Memory Gardens. Friends may call from 6-9 Wednesday and after 8:30 a.m. until funeral service on Thursday. Condolences may be sent to www.timeformemory.com/malone. Contributions can be made to the American Cancer Society or Ashland Community Hospice.
