
Chancy Lee Tiffany age 54 of Greenville died suddenly Saturday June 25, 2005 near Gowen in a motorcycle accident. He was born in Lakeview on November 28 1950 the son of Howard and Mary Hansen Tiffany.
Chancy was a graduate of Greenville High School , served in the US Navy and was employed the past 20 years at Benteler Corp. He married Kathy Struble on March 27 2000 in Ionia. He was an avid fisherman, golfer, hunter and loved outdoor life even as a gardener. He was fun loving, a hard worker , loved people a great 'Grandpa' , a very caring and awesome people person and was loved by everyone.
He was preceded in death by his mother Mary Louise Tiffany and his nephew Clinton O. Haglund.
He is survived by his wife Kathy , his sons, Jeremy and Brandie Tiffany and Shane Tiffany both of Greenville, stepsons Bill and Angie May and Mike May from Ionia, his father, Howard Tiffany and his friend Evelyn Nielsen of Gowen, his grandchildren, Bradley Bowser and Hanna Tiffany and Alexis and Zoe May, his sisters Donna L. McDaniel of Stanton and Rose and Charles Henry of Gowen, his brother, Clifford and Inga Tiffany of Greenville, Kathy's parents Betty and L.B. Struble of Ionia, brothers in law and sister in law, Tom Struble of Ionia, Paul and Diane Struble of Belding ,Dave and Kathy Struble of Fenwick and Sue Koyish of Lyons and many nieces and nephews and aunts and uncles.
A memorial service will be held on Wednesday June 29, 2005 at 1 PM at Hurst Funeral Home with Rev. Aaron I Sorrels officiating. a Visitation will be held on Tuesday from 6-8 PM at the Funeral Home. Memorial contributions may be given to trust to be set up for the grandchildren.
