Bonnie Kay Rasmussen age 58 of Orleans, formerly of Greenville died Saturday December 31, 2005 at home. She was born in Lakeview on October 19, 1947 the daughter of Kenneth and Doris A. Johnston Rasmussen. She graduated from Lakeview High School with the class of 1966, was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Greenville and the auxiliary of the American Legion Post # 101 in Greenville. She was employed for 26 years with Electrolux.
Her father preceded her in death on February 5, 2002.
She is survived by her daughter Neko and Steven Meyers of Delton, grandchildren, James, Garth and Kristen, her mother Doris Rasmussen of Greenville, her brothers, Robert and Gloria Johnston of Orleans and Dale and Phyllis Rasmussen of Lakeview and nieces, nephews , aunts , uncles and cousins.
Funeral and committal services will be held on Tuesday January 3, 2005 at 1 PM from Hurst Funeral Home, Greenville with her pastor Rev. Dr. Harry R. Johnson officiating.Visitation will be Monday evening from 6-8 PM. Burial will be in Rest Haven Memorial Gardens, Belding. Memorial contributions may be given to Hospice of MI or American Cancer Society
