I worked for Tim and LJ was the driver you could always count on. Never late, always willing to help the greener drivers. LJ always gave me respect, quick to help me with trucking questions. My thoughts are with you Tim.

Chad and I were lucky to have met and ran potato loads with L.J. He would always pick on our girls when they would go with us in the truck on the weekends. He always kept them on their toes with smart remarks and he even had nicknames for them, one of which was "Bubblebutt". When Chad first drove truck for Tim, he started out in a black cabover Pete and eventually worked his way up to one of the other trucks when one was open. Chad can remember when L.J's truck was the truck he was to take, L.J's truck was truck number 112 and was the ultimate truck. On one of the loads of potatoes he went to swing around the conveyor and ran the end of the conveyor thru the fiberglass airshield on the top of L.J's truck. He thought the world was gona come to an end, he was trusted to run L.J's truck and he broke it. With L.J's good humor, he laughed it off and repaired it. He was even allowed to take L'J's truck after that. Our family have many fond memories of trucking with L.J and will be forever grateful that we had a chance to know him.
Thinking of you.
