Naomi F. Clark age 94 of formerly of Greenville died January 30, 2006 in Washington State. She was born in Tulsa, Oklahoma on December 31, 1911 the daughter of Adam M. and Grace Baldwin Ramsey. Naomi was married to Max E. Clark in Mt Pleasant on July 24, 1937. She and her husband were the former owners of Clark’s Flowers in Greenville.
She was a public school teacher in Greenville for many years retiring in 1974 and was a member of the Greenville Education Association and the Michigan Education Association. She was also a member of the First Congregational Church and the Puritan Circle, a member of the Eastern Star Princess Chapter of Greenville, a past president of the Greenville Federation of Women’s Club, the Craft and Culture Club and a Past Matron of the OES and belonged to bridge clubs.
Her husband Max preceded her in death on July 3, 1983. She is survived by her son and daughter- in- law, Robert and Mary Ann Clark of Ocean Shores, Washington, grand children, Scott Clark, Kristi Polte and Kerry Clark, her sisters, Dawn and Bob Halleen of Lafayette, IN and Mary Cuthbert of Mississippi.
Family Graveside services and interment will be held on Saturday June 3, 2006 in West Side Cemetery, Hubbardston MI with Rev. Jerrold T. Jones of the First Congregational Church officiating. Memorial contributions may be given to the First Congregational church of Greenville,
