
Robert Howard Terwilliger age 67 died suddenly at his home Sunday June 11, 2006.
He was born in Greenville on January 28 1939 the son of Morris I. and Frances Z.Jensen Terwilliger.
Bob was a graduate of Greenville High School with the class of 1957 and grew up in the Turk Lake Area. He was a veteran of the US Army and was formerly employed at Gibson’s and Tower’s but for most of his life was self employed. He was able to cobble together most anything and was a good machinist and repair- person, and called a “master cobbler”. Bob was known as the ‘Mayor of Backus Road’.
He was married in Greenville on July 10, 1982 to Maybelle L. “Andy” Moran Anderson. She preceded him in death on August 11, 2000. His parents also preceded him in death.
He is survived by his children; Pamela J. Anderson, Craig S. Anderson and Jeffrey and Wendy Anderson all of Muskegon, his grandchildren, Cody, Colin, Carly, Paul, Jennifer, Andi and Rob Serocke, Jordan, Paige and Rob, his brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Robert Redding of Greenville, Allen Moran, Carroll Benchley and Darlene”Sammie” Moran all of Florida and his canine children, Sassy and Nini.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday June 15, 2006 at 1 PM from Hurst Funeral Home, Greenville with Pastor Tom Hansen officiating. Burial will be in South Sidney Cemetery, Sheridan. Visitation will be Wednesday from 6-9 PM at Hurst Funeral Home
