He is survived by his wife Susan J. Vlug of Gowen, his children, Kathleen A. (Doug) Kokot, Caledonia, Theresa A. Vlug , Fairfield Conn, Susan A. (Mike) Tebos , Grand Rapids, David J. (Michelle) Vlug ,Coopersville, Sue A. (Steve) St. John , Silver City N.M. , Jane E. (Art) Smigiel , Grand Rapids and 11 Grandchildren. A Memorial gathering will be held Wednesday September 6, 2006 at 3:30 PM from the home of Robert and Ann Cooper, 432 Washington SE Grand Rapids. Memorial contributions may be given to A N S W E R (American Nepli Students & Women Education Relief ) 2363 Plymouth Ave. Grand Rapids MI 4950
