Bonnie Lou Haisma Maten age 71 of Gowen died Sunday September 10 ,2006 at Metron of Greenville . She was born in Grand Rapids on February 18,1935 the daughter of Samuel and Dorothy Bakelaar Haisma.
She was preceded in death by her father, Samuel, her mother, Dorothy Wisner in 2006, her stepfather, Carl Wisner in 2005 brother , Richard warren Haisma in 2003 and her special friend, Howard R. Race.
She is survived by her son , Richard Norman Laham and his wife Marie of Scotts, MI, her grandchildren, Nathaniel, Ricky, Joshua, Becca and Ale; nieces , Christine Haisma Miller, Julie Haisma Currie, nephew, Richard T. Haisma and sister in law, Clista and Chris Haisma of White Cloud.
A private visitation and service was held on Monday September 11, 2006 at Hurst Funeral Home. Burial was in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens Grand Rapids. Memorial contributions may be given to Hospice or the American Cancer Society.
