Christine Dann age 93 of Belding formerly of Greenville died Friday September 22, 2006 at Metron of Belding. She was born Christine Petersen March 18, 1913 the daughter of William and Johanna Petersen of Gowen.
She married Alton Dann on May 11, 1935 in Kalamazoo MI. He preceded her in death on September 30, 2001. Her brothers Wayne, Wyman, Howard and Stanwood Petersen and sister in law Evelyn Petersen also preceded her in death.
She is survived by her daughter Nancy and Wayne Breimayer of Belding, her son, Jerry and Rosemarie Dann of Arizona, grandchildren; Jeri Lee Miller, Jeff Dann, Ted and Carolyn Breimayer, Pat and Patty Breimayer, Michelle Waldron, Chris and Eve Breimayer, 10 great grandchildren, 9 great-great grandchildren, her sisters,Annabelle Tenney of Greenville and Betty and Ted Hessler of Belding, sisters-in-law
Esther Petersen, Olive Hancock, Thelma Petersen, brother-in-laws Richard Rhoads and Everett Dann and many nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday September 26, 2006 at 11 AM from Hurst Funeral Home, Greenville with Rev. Ken Harger officiating. Burial will follow in Riverside Cemetery, Langston. Visitation will begin one hour prior to the service on Tuesday. Memorial contributions may be given to Belding Library Expansion Fund or Flat River Community Library.
