Gladys B. Hansen age 84 of Turk Lake Greenville died at home Saturday morning October 7, 2006. She was born in Montcalm Township, Greenville MI on July 8, 1922 the daughter of Fred and Edith Wittkopp Soatman. She lived her entire life in the Turk Lake area .She was married to Harold Hansen for over 40 years and he preceded her in death on September 13, 1995.Gladys retired from Vogue Furniture Store in Greenville and she and her husband raised Christmas trees and loved to garden. She was a long time member of the Turk Lake United Methodist Church.
Surviving are many special friends, nieces, cousins and brother- in- law, Edson Hansen. Her sister Hazel Satterlee preceded her in death in 1976.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday October 11, 2006 at 11 AM at Turk Lake United Methodist Church with her Pastor, Kay Welsch officiating. Burial will be in East Montcalm Cemetery, Greenville. Visitation will be Tuesday from 4-7 PM at Hurst Funeral Home, Greenville. Memorial contributions may be given to Turk Lake United Methodist Church
