My heartfelt sympathy goes out to you. When I became a nurse at United Memorial she was a night supervisor. She remembered that she was my nurse when I was born at Ionia County Memorial Hospital in 1950. I was "one of her babies" she would always tell me. She always made me feel special. She was a wonderful lady and I will always cherish her memory.

We are new to the Congregational Church, and I have been visiting Fern for a few weeks. While it's been a short time that we've been acquainted, I certainly grew to appreciate the lovely lady that she was. We had some wonderful conversations, and I'll remember the good stories she told me for a long time. She has joined the church triumphant and is no longer in pain, for which we are grateful. You were fortunate to have been her family. Sincerely, Dave and Linda Jones
