 Elizabeth “Bette” J. Grochala age 80 of Greenville died suddenly January 31, 2007
At Spectrum Health-United Memorial Emergency Room, Greenville,Michigan. She was born in Chicago, Illinois on August 10, 1926 the daughter of Cornelius and Gertrude Herr Reyerson. She married Edward J. Grochala in Detroit, MI on July 28,1949.Bette was a member of Greenville First United Methodist Church and the Homemakers of the church and also a member of Greenville Senior Center.
She is survived by her husband Edward and their children; Jeffery A. and Heidi Grochala of Greenville, Jan Elizabeth Grochala of Haslett, MI and John E. and Wanda Grochala of Centennial, Colorado, her grand children; Philippa and Jamie, Nikki, Rachel and Kevin, Danni, Kelley, Jasmine, Justine, Joshua, Lis, J.J. and Brenda and 9 great grandchildren, her brother Donald Reyerson of San Pedro, CA and sister Carol and Richard Lowing of Dacula GA and nieces and nephews. Her brother William Reyerson preceded her in death.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday February 3, 2007 at 11 AM at Greenville First United Methodist Church with her Pastor, the Rev. Dr. Harry R. Johnson officiating. Visitation will be held on Friday from 2-4 and 6-8 PM at Hurst Funeral Home, Greenville. Memorial contributions may be given to Greenville First United Methodist Church.

Dear Grochala family and Lowings, I was fortunate to have become friends with Carol & Dick Lowing when they lived in Pa.
