Charlotte H. Lyons age 95 formerly of Trufant and Greenville died Friday February 16, 2007 at Masonic Pathways, Alma, Michigan. She was born in Grand Rapids on August 23, 1911 the daughter of Levi and Ella Terbeek Finch. She was a graduate of South High School Grand Rapids and worked at Wolverine World Wide retiring in 1971. She was a former member of St. Thomas Lutheran Church, Trufant, Trinity Lutheran Church, Greenville and now a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church Greenville. She enjoyed the Greenville Senior Center activities after moving to Greenville.
She was married on March 7, 1931 in Elkhart, Indiana to Leonard Lyons. He preceded her in death in September 1981. Her brother Robert L. Finch and her sister Evelyn Earhart also preceded her in death.
She is survived by her children; Howard Lyons of San Jose CA, Roger and Ann Lyons of Manassas VA and Kathleen and Jack Gordon of Casa Grande AZ and Six Lakes MI , 7 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren .
Cremation has taken place and her cremated remains will be buried in Trufant Cemetery in the Summer. No services will be held at this time.
Memorial contributions maybe given to St. Thomas Lutheran Church, Greenville Senior Center or Habitat for Humanity.
