1933 - 2007
JURDEN – Mr. Virgil “Buster” Jurden, age 73, of Sidney, Michigan, went home to be with the Lord on Monday, February 19, 2007. Virgil was born on October 6, 1933 and is the son of Rollo and Lucille Jurden. He will be deeply missed by his loving wife of 46 years, Lela; children, Victoria and Ken Cuyler, Donald and Kathy Pellow, Roxie and Doug Poulsen, Valerie and Tony Robbins, Lucy and Greg Robbins, Sam and Trisha Jurden; 16 grandchildren; 7 great grandsons; 1 great granddaughter; siblings, Eugene Johnson (deceased), Iva and Ken Swartz, Ellen Bowser, Cynthia and Keith Dines; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Fred Welch, Betty and Dan Vogl, Janice and Tom Hansen, and Dennis Welch. Virgil was a self-employed Truck Driver in the Greenville and surrounding areas for many years. He has been “fighting” ill health from a pedestrian accident since 1995. Virgil proudly served in the US Army during the Korean Conflict. Funeral services will be held Friday, February 23, 2007 11:00 am at the Greenville Community Church with Pastor Wayne Otto officiating. The family will greet friends and relatives on Thursday from 6-9 pm at the Hurst Funeral Home. Memorial contributions may be made to Spectrum Health Hospice.

Please accept my sincere sympathy at the loss of you father and husband. I have known Roxie & Doug & Don & Kathy for many years and have heard many stories about "Buster". I know he will be sadly missed and no words can fully express your loss.May God bless all of you at this time.
