James Dale Putnam age 69 of Belding, formerly of Greenville and Caro, MI died at his home on Tuesday March 20 2007. He was born in Caro on February 23, 1938 the son of Stanley A. and Olive M. Kelly Putnam. He was employed as a carpenter for many years. His wife Betty Rose Putnam preceded him in death on October 4, 1994. His brothers Stan and Robert and sister Shirley also preceded him in death. He was a member of the Holiness Gospel Mission of Greenville.
He is survived by his brothers Dan of Flint, Jack of Dryden and Cecil of Caro and a sister Delores Coffeen of Grayling and his nieces, nephews and cousins and his special friends of his church.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday March 24, 2007 at 1 PM from Ransford Funeral Home, Caro with his Pastor Erwin “Bud” Dickinson officiating. Burial will be in East Dayton Cemetery Tuscola County MI. Memorial contributions may be given to Holiness Gospel Mission 4030 S. Fitzner Rd Greenville MI 48838.
