I knew Gene from the days of living in Gap Branch. He was a great kid. Alway enjoyed going in home, looking at Danny's model airplanes and he could make good kites. Great family, loving mother and good father. Gene, I will alway remember you. God bless his brothers and sisters and his family. Wilson "Sonny" Early

Dearest Aunt Al and family, I was really sorry to hear about Uncle Gene's passing. You picked a great picture of him to put in his obituary...very handsome. Time sure does seem to fly by & I will ALWAYS have such fond, fond memories of you all when I reminisce. Uncle Gene (as well as the rest of the family) was always so good to me, and from what I hear, to Kristopher also. He graduates this weekend & I know Nannie, Pepe, and Uncle Gene will all be up in Heaven looking down on him proudly, as we will be on Earth! Love to you all. Roni

To the entire Beckler family, I send you my best. How could I forget the man that gave me illegal fireworks to light off in my back yard when I was in grad school! He was a wonderful man and he will be missed...I think his humor and wit is what I will remember most. Don't be afraid to call and chat if needed.
