Dear Jackie, Ray Jr. and Family:
I learned too late about Aunt Rosie's passing to be with you. However, I wanted you to know how saddened I was to hear of your loss, our loss. Many fond memories come to mind, but my favorites will be the sound of her laugh and the way she shrugged up her nose and smiled whenever she greeted me; it was a cute "shrug". The picture on the web site is lovely....makes me think of my grandma Mable. Well, take care and thanks for sharing such a sweet lady with me. Peace and fond memories always, Love - Kay

Many fond memories of waiting on Rose and Ray at the Dutch Oven where I was a waitress for many years. Such delightful people, they made all feel special. Both doting on my twin sons when they were little. I smile with all those wonderful thoughts. They truly gave me encouragement in many difficult times. God will bless them.

Jackie: I fondly remember your Mom as a special friend. When Barb and I return to Greenville in 1972 she immediately became a friend. She loved to shop in Alma's for her clothes for work and play especially to the cottage in the UP. She always looked so nice. But even more she made me feel close when I became a recipient of her most famous fudge. I was so privileged to be on her list. I can still see her serving dinners for the church for our Lions Club and she was always so friendly to the members and made us feel like home.
She enjoyed living here and being involved with the community and her church. Your Mom leaves a wonderful legacy.
