Kenneth Allen Claypool age 37 of Spencer Township, Cedar Springs died at home suddenly Friday August 31, 2007. He was born in Greenville November 1, 1969 the son of Willard D. and Sharon L. Anes Claypool. Ken like the outdoors and fishing and his family. His father ‘Bud’ Claypool preceded him in death in 2006 and also preceding were his step- father Russell Lake, his brothers, Willard Jr., Edwin and Daniel Claypool and step- brother, Glen Lake and uncle Glenn Claypool.
He is survived by his mother Sharon Lake of Greenville, his son Colton Claypool, sisters, Dorothy and Charlie Davis of Ohio and Sharon and Ron Benedict of Greenville, step brother Mike and Beverly Lake of Ravenna, sisters-in-law, Karen Bull of Greenville and Jackie Lake of Lakeview, his aunt and uncle Irene and Neil Maten of Greenville and his nieces and nephews.
A time of visitation will be Wednesday September 5, 2007 from 2-4 PM with prayers and a committal at 4 PM from Hurst Funeral Home. Burial will be in Forest Home Cemetery, Greenville. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be given to the family or a charity of your choice.

My mother called me about Kenny ...wish I could be there ...I'm sorry about your loss doesn't even begin to say what I feel. Kenny was like a little brother. I miss you all and will be thinking of you. If I can do anything please just ask.
