Dear Bonnie & Sharen, My condolences to both of you. I read it in the paper too late to come to the funeral. Jerry sure enjoyed him when they were in the hospital together. Hope you are both doing fine. Call me or e-mail me I would love to chit chat. I'm giving money to our church with a note to Cy & Mary Jo in memory of your dad. Try and have a nice holiday. Love Pat

I knew Percy since I was a young boy. I delivered his newspaper. Trufant is the kind of place that you knew everyone and everyone knew you (couldn't get away with anything) I always thought of him as a friend.

Dear Bonnie and Sharen. Hearing about the death of your father brought a flood of memories, including how my father, Homer, enjoyed talking to him in Danish. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all. Joel&Lois Van Dyke
